Bedroom + own office for 2 months from in Earlsdon

Hi! We are two PhD students at Warwick University looking for someone to take over my two rooms from 15/09-30/11/2019 for £400pm (all bills included). We are flexible with the dates and are also okay with renting out for shorter periods of time.

You would be renting a fully furnished bedroom and an office as well as a number of shared rooms: A big and modern kitchen, a sitting room, a living room as well as two bathrooms. On top of that, we have a large garden that is an excellent hangout spot on warm days.

ROOMS: The bedroom is fitted with a 1.40x2m oak bed (so lightly larger than a double), a wardrobe and a standing lamp. The office features a standing desk as well as an appropriate office chair in case standing is not your thing. You can also use my high-performance excercise bike if you want to.

LOCATION: The house is located in a quiet side street right next to Earlsdon Street (2min walk), where you can do groceries at the local super market, have a pint at four different pubs and visit various restaurants and take-out places. If you are going to work or study at Warwick University, the bus line 11 stops just in front of the house. Alternatively, it is a 10-15 minute bicycle (or car) ride. Coventry University is just as close. Coventry train station is just around the corner and reachable within 10 minutes by foot.
