Friendly, kind and considerate.

We have a large, bright doubleroom to rent here. There are currently two of us living in a houseshare with the property owner. We are a mix of professionals and mature students at Warwick University. There is a cycling route to the university aswell as buses. The area is perfect with all local amenities within walking distance, we are a two minute stroll from Hearsall Common and within walking distance from the War Memorial Park which is large and beautiful. There are plenty of gyms close by and lots of local businesses to get local products from, as well as a large Co-operative, independent restaurants and bars and a great organic store too. We strive to be fairly conscientious about being environmentally friendly. Although we don't party, we do like the odd glass of wine or beer, we have Netflix. We like watching sport on occasion, football and Wimbledon. We also have plenty of plants, (You are welcome to add to the collection) books and a PlayStation. We have an eclectic mix of interests, fitness, reading, film, sport, tech, writing, comedy, music and politics. We are altruistic and open minded. You'd be more likely to find us reading The Guardian on line than The Sun, we are LGBTQ+ friendly. As a household we are overall vegetarians. We compost and have an allotment just down the street which you are welcome to join use/sit in. We all tend to do our own thing but have a catch up in the evening or when we are off on the same day. Sometimes we like to watch something funny on tv and really just have a bit of a laugh and a chat. There is also a two hour clean once a fortnight provided for communal areas. We have all been here for between 4 and 2 years and would really love a housemate who is laid back, kind and friendly to live with.
