Relaxing rooms in clean and quiet house.

I have a double room and a single room in a terrace house in the quiet and pleasant residential area of Earlsdon, south of Coventry. Both rooms are quiet, clean and bright. In particular the double room, the staircases walls, corridor and kitchen have just been redecorated at a high standard. The double room is fully furnished, with a very comfortable bed, wardrobe, bookshelf, desk, chair and mirror.
The single room is a smaller room so it suits better a person with a small luggage.
The kitchen is large, very clean and well organised. There is a relaxing living room and WiFi connection throughout the house.
Both the rooms and the house have a warm welcoming feeling. There will be a maximum of 3 people in the house.
The house is ideally located, 14 min walk to the city centre and train station, only 4 min walk to the local pubs, restaurants and shops in Earlsdon, and 1 minute to bus stops, route 11, 11u and 12x to both Warwick and Coventry University, and Leamington Spa. Also, just around the corner you can enjoy the beautiful Memorial Park with plenty of space to walk, run or just relax...and tennis courts too! All bills are included.
Overall I am looking for quiet, friendly working professionals or postgraduate students who is tidy, considerate of others, and clean.....and willing to contribute to keep the place clean.
