Hi there, I am renting out the spare room in my lovely flat Mon- Fri.
Parking / secure cycle storage is available, WiFi and all bills are included.
Even though the flat is close to town it's noticeably quiet and peaceful . The building is maintained and secure away from the main road.
The flat is off the Hagley Road which has a constant flow of buses into town, or you could walk it in half an hour :)
Close to the QE & City Hospital, would suit someone working at one of these during the week.
The room is a double, with storage and hanging space available.
The bathroom has a shower and bath, the kitchen is fully equipped, the lounge comfortable and cosy.
All linen and towels can be provided.
I am a friendly outgoing person, I am very chilled /low key during the week as I work full time, I am respectful, tidy and clean. I am looking to share with someone similar who respects privacy but doesn't mind a chat now and then.
