We have just 1 room coming available close that is refurbished to a premium standard. The housemates are a great bunch and we're looking for new housemates to join a friendly houseshare.

ABOUT THE HOUSE...
The house boasts a large new kitchen, great amount of space. The kitchen comes complete with a double cooker, large American style fridge/freezer, a microwave and kettle. The living room includes sofas, brand new HD TV with Sky – perfect for relaxing after a busy day at work.

The whole house has fast wireless broadband so you can stream videos at ease across all devices. BILLS ARE ALL INCLUSIVE in the price, so no need to worry about putting money aside. This includes a cleaner and a gardener :)

There are an AMAZING three showers, two baths and four toilets for only six tenants which is fantastic for working professionals in the mornings. There is also have a huge green garden for when the sun is shining and patio space with nighttime lighting for BBQs or social gatherings. Lastly, there is on street parking available.

Local bus routes are on your doorstep that can take you to the city centre in approx 10 minutes!

ABOUT THE ROOM...
We have one double and it includes a double bed and mattress, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and a mirror. The room has been furnished to a very high standard - amazing quality.

The whole house is very cosy and welcoming.... just what you need after a day at work :)

As mentioned earlier, the bills are ALL INCLUSIVE. That means that there is no need to worry about paying:
