Friendly young grad/professional house

Hi we are Hannah, Naomi and Anas. We are looking for a housemate to join our house. We are all graduates and we are looking for a like minded person who is friendly and sociable.

A bit about us. We didn’t know each other before we moved in. We have enough in common to make it work- all graduates and similar ages- and enough differences to make it interesting.

Hannah is a scientist and works at the Sea Life Centre. Naomi is a BCU graduate and is nursing, Anas is an engineer and works in Edgbaston.

We enjoy chilling out together. We all have very different jobs but it’s great to come home and have housemates to chat to.
We also socialise with the other graduate houseshares that our landlord owns and are near by. We have a What’s App group and a Facebook group ( over 100 members) with young graduates in the area. Our house is a great way to meet new people if you are new to the area or just want to meet new people.

We have a single room available now. The room is only £160 pcm and bills are £85pcm for everything.

We have fibre optic broadband, a cleaner every week, gardener in the summer months, dedicated maintenance team and landlord who is on call 24hrs. It’s like renting a serviced apartment.
We are looking for someone who will fit in with us. We do all the viewings for housemates who are interested in moving in. House is 15 mins from town, 15 mins from Brum Uni, 5 mins High Street, gym, swimming pool and local restaurants & parks.
