We have a 1 room coming available close to city centre that is newly refurbished to a premium standard. The housemates are a great bunch and we're looking for someone to join a friendly houseshare.

ABOUT THE HOUSE...

The house boasts a large new kitchen, great amount of space. The kitchen comes complete with a double cooker, large american style fridge/freezer, a microwave and kettle. The living room includes sofas, brand new HD TV with Sky – perfect for relaxing after a busy day at work.

The whole house has wireless broadband and BILLS ARE ALL INCLUSIVE in the price, so no need to worry about putting money aside. This includes a cleaner and a gardener :)

There are an AMAZING three showers, two baths and four toilets for only six tenants which is fantastic for working professionals in the mornings. There is also have a huge green garden for when the sun is shining and patio space with nighttime lighting for BBQs or social gatherings. Lastly, there is on street parking available.

Local bus routes are on your doorstep that can take you to the city centre in approx 10 minutes!
