Lovely house opposite the cricket ground thats also a few minutes walk from places like the MAC and Aldi. There is also a bus stop directly outside the house that takes you into the city centre, so its ideal for students studying in Birmingham.

The house is shared with three other friendly female students currently studying at BCU.

House comes with a washing machine, garden which backs onto another large shared garden area and there is a garage and parking too.

Ground floor bedroom comes with a double bed that has a new mattress that was put in this year, as well as a bed side table and also a wardrobe (Currently the wardrobe is in the porch as I decided to bring my own clothes rail but can be put back in the room if wanted)

There is a large lounge area complete with sofas and a dining table, the kitchen is spacious with more than enough storage for four people.

There are two bathrooms, upstairs is a shower/bath and toilet and on the first floor there is a toilet.

Rent is 351 per month, and bills are around 47 each which includes gas, electricity, water and internet. The bills are sorted through the existing tenants.

Tenancy lasts until June 2020
