ription
We are Mo, Amy and Eleanor and we are looking for a like minded person to join our fun and happy household. We are all in our mid 20's/early 30s and are graduates.
We all do different jobs. Eleanor is a social workers, Mo works works for Birmingham city council and Amy is a teacher. We didn't know each other before moved into the house but we get on really well. We are ideally looking for a boy to keep the numbers balanced.
We socialise with each other and the other houses that our landlord owns. We have a FB group so we can connect with other young grads in the area. It's a great instant social network if you are new to the area or just want to meet new people.
The room is available now. We conduct all the viewings. Our landlord leaves it completely up to us. Room is £250 and bills are £85 for everything. We have a cleaner every week, dedicated maintenance team and gardener in the summer months. It's like a serviced apartment.
If you like the sound of us, the social aspect and you like the look of our house drop us an email. Tell us a bit about yourself and what you are looking for in a houseshare.
