The House is walking distance to Broad St and the City Centre. Their are excellent transport links including soon the Birmingham Metro.
The area is very nice and the reservoir is close by.. There are some very good restaurants and Bars within walking distance from the house.
Every room is furnished and the House is cleaned every week. If you want your room cleaned, you can work out a rate with our cleaner.
The house is warm, well insulated and the heating is controlled by the tenants.
We are looking for either Professional or PHD students,
