Grad Flatshare - large graden easy commute
Hi, We are two trainee architects and a dancer in musical theatre. We have just recently moved to Birmingham from different parts of the country and we are keen to find a friendly and sociable and considerate person to complete our newly formed group.
The Internet is fast and reliable with wifi access points in every room, lounge, kitchen and all the bedrooms. Good sized lounge and the kitchen is on the level below so it is quite in the bedroom area.
We share the garden with a six person grad share below, so there is a opportunity to meet more people and have some outside space / fresh air / go round their games room!
Easy access to the city centre with bus stop outside. Close to Fitness first, the Avery sports ground and the shops and coffee shops restaurants in Bearwood.
There are 4 other gradcomm houses nearby and our landlord offer newbies in the area the ability to join a house for a short trial of a month or less and view and meet the other gradcomm houses.
We are happy to do in person viewings or a video chat, to make sure you are happy and a reasonable fit.
Mid week evenings, are best for us for viewings. Please leave a message with a bit of info about yourself, when you are moving and a number we can contact you on.
We look forward to hearing from you
Charlotte [or just tot], Ivan and Ayush.
