Young, friendly grad/prof houseshare

Hi we are Harjan, Jasmine and Patrick we are looking for one other housemate to join our fun and friendly houseshare. Ideally female housemate to keep the girl/boy ratio.
Harjan is an engineer and works in The Mailbox, Patrick works in retail in the BullRing Jasmine is involved in postgraduate study. We are looking for a like minded person to join us. Someone who wants to get to know their housemates but may want quiet time as well.
The house is fab and geared towards professionals and postgraduates. We have fibre optic broadband, a cleaner every week and a gardener in the summer months.
Room is a medium size double downstairs at the front of the house. There is a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and there is enough room for a desk. Room is £280 plus bills £140 for everything.
House is 5 mins from Bearwood High Street, on main bus route to Birmingham University and town.
