Young, friendly grad houseshare

Hello we are Hamaz Ann, and Hassan we have one room left in our friendly & lovely graduate houseshare.
A bit about us. We are in our 20s and are graduates. Ann is from Dubai and works for a chemical engineering company. Ana is Spanish and is a teaching assistant. Hamaz is Moroccan as has come to the Uk to study business studies at Ulster University in Birmingham. Hassan is an Aston University graduate and works in HR. We did not know each other before we arrived but we have enough in common to make it work and enough differences to make the houseshare interesting. Our houseshare is friendly, warm and welcoming but there is no problem is you want your own space as well.
We are ideally looking for a like minded girl To share our house when Ana moves out on 6th June.
The available over looks garden. Rents is £260 and bills £140. House has a regular cleaner to keep place super nice together with gardener and dedicated maintenance team. We have 500MB broadband
House is on main bus route to town (20 mins) and University of Birmingham. House near to main High Street, nice restaurants and parks.
