We have 1 double bedroom (the Back Bedroom) to let in our home situated in a private cul de sac, close to Five Ways, Birmingham University, the QE and the City Centre. Just off Wheeleys Road. X20, X21, X22, 24, 80 bus stops and the train station are just a few min. walk away. The rent includes all bills.
Facilities we offer: WiFi, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and garden.

Just a few important details: We are a live-in landlady and landlord working from home and all we ask is that please respect our home, this is a non-smoking household.
I think what we provide is a safe home environment where you can focus on your studies. Visitors are fine, but please let us know if you invite someone over, so I know that the stranger in the kitchen is not a burglar, but your guest. I tend to use the boyfriend/girlfriend rule, you spend as much time in their house as they spend over at mine.

Due to the pandemic, I think you might find the following information beneficial.
Unfortunately, there is no en-suite attached to the room., you would be sharing the family bathroom with us. Since it would be only the 3 of us, it shouldn't be a big problem.

I provide all the cleaning products to keep the house clean and hygienic.

If you would like to stay for 5 months or less, the rent would be £500 per month.
