Hi, I’m Rob and I have a master bedroom with en-suite available in North Birmingham.

The location has good transport links to the motorway, buses and trains to both Birmingham City Centre and Sutton Coldfield with a travel time of approx 20 mins in each direction with Birmingham Airport less than 10 miles.

The local high street is within walking distance which covers major banks and supermarkets with a convenience store 2 minutes down the road. The area also benefits from the local swimming pool, a library and a park, which is well maintained all year round and is good for jogging and has tennis courts.

The house is trendy and well maintained all year round which has been completely redecorated and comes with front and back gardens and off road parking.

The room available is furnished for single occupancy - A double bed with storage space underneath, a two sliding door wardrobe with shelving and two chest of drawers, T. V. numerous power points. The en-suite bathroom is finished to a high standard, it has a wet area with power shower, designer sink and toilet.

The kitchen and bathroom are designer and there is a comfortable and stylish living room/ dining area.

I work in the city centre and I’m easy going and sociable.
