Looking for a female, non-smoker for a Single bedroom available to rent in a spacious 3 bedroom property.

*Room would suit single professional or student using it as a base for work or study.

*Located in Erdington with excellent transport links to A38 and M6, 10 mins from Birmingham city centre.

*Also within less than 2minutes walk from bus links into Birmingham city centre, with Erdington train station within 2miles. Property has a seperate dining room and living room and good sized garden, which would also be available to you to use.

*Would be sharing with a family (3 occupants 2 female) and there is a family pet (so you would need to consider this if you have any allergies to pets). Rent would be due in advance on the first of each month with a deposit of 1 months rent in advance to be paid.

*All bills included in the price (council tax etc) and high speed wi-fi access.

*No smoking would be permitted in the premises or guests sleeping over.
