Looking for a friendly, down to earth female to live in this double furnished room with shared kitchen, dining room, bathroom.

Please note, I’ll be putting in a different double bed -but will do at the time of confirming a tenant, just in case someone wanted to bring their own. The Dressing table can be swapped for a desk too, if that’s preferred.

Shared bathroom has a bath & shower.

Travel:
The house is a modern, colourful 2 bedroom terrace with on road parking. Bus stop which takes you into Birmingham City centre is a 2 minute walk. Rowley Regis train station is a 4 minute drive away/20 minute walk- which has trains that are a 20 minute journey into Birmingham City Centre. Halesowen town centre is 2 miles away. Convenience shops are within walking distance.

All bills included - water, gas, electric, internet and council tax.
