We are three friendly (two males and one female) housemates living in the house. We are looking for someone (preferable female to keep gender equivalent) of age 20-30 who is a working professional.
Rent is 400 (plus deposit to be paid back in the end) inclusive of gas bill. Electricity which is 30ish a month maybe or even less and wifi which will be 10-15.
Moving In ASAP as our previous housemate is moving out on 15th so we are looking for someone to join around that date.
