The location is fantastic, the property is a semi detached house in a small block of houses and is in walking distance to Blackheath, close to junction 2 and 3 of the M5, close to Rowley Regis S Station and all major bus routes. There is a well kept pub over the road.
The room is a double room and both the room and the house are furnished to a very high standard. Fitted kitchen and gas central heating throughout. The room benefits from a double bed and mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side table and desk and chair. We fit 'black out' curtains in all rooms. Also provided are pots, pans, wok, microwave, kettle, toaster.
Every room has its own Digital TV point installed.
All bills are inclusive including fibre optic broadband, gas, water, electric and Council Tax, so all you pay is 1 monthly amount.
The house also has WIFI Broadband and digital TV in every room.
The other tenants in the house are single working males between the ages of 40 and 65
Outside is a lovely private garden area.
The house benefits from its own cleaner.
