Harborne, double room in large three storey house.

Property

We live in a lovely three storey property in a quiet road near Harborne Golf Course. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the Bell pub/ St Peter’s church and only 15-20 min to the High Street on foot.
There is a bus stop about 100m from the house. I have a garage where a bicycle could be safely stored if needed.
We have a bright sunny double room available for the right person!
The house has three sitting rooms( two with TV) so we can all have our own living spaces when needed. We have broadband and a washing machine and dishwasher.
The house has off - street parking but use of this would need to be negotiated separately. Alternatively there is on- street parking nearby.

I am a Primary School teacher. My partner Steve works in IT- sometimes in the office and sometimes from home. My son ( age 23) is living with us at present.
We have had three lodgers now ( including one who had to stay here and work from home all through the first lockdown) so this is not a new venture and I know it can work!
We have a small dog.
