There are direct transport links taking you to and from the city centre in minutes.

This would especially suit an erasmus/exchange student or PHd student at the University of Birmingham wanting somewhere peaceful and quiet to study or medical staff working at the QE Hospital on a short term basis or a professional wanting somewhere to stay on week nights.

It is definitely not a party house! I live there too!
