I'm sadly leaving this house share and need someone to fill my room from 1st of July (possibly before).
It's a friendly socialable house hold, we hangout most evenings, enjoy trips to the pub, nights out, meals out, etc, even holidays together!
The room is an large attic room with ensuite, the house has a large open plan living room/kitchen area , 1 shared bathroom, and garden. Street parking. 1 min from harborne high street.
All bills included including fortnightly cleaner. Deposit is same as 1 months rent.
You will be sharing with 3 friendly professional females. open to male or female, preferably professionals in their mid twenties. So sad to be leaving it really is a lovely house share!
