Afforable double room available to rent from 1st February 2020 in a lovely friendly and sociable house share in Harborne (4 bedroom). I am moving out after 3 years of living very happily here.
The house is situated conveniently close to Harborne High St (less than a minute's walk), with lots of lovely pubs, restaurants and shops nearby. There are regular buses into Birmingham city centre from the high street, and University train station is around a 15 minute walk away. We are also a 10-15 minute walk away from the QE hospital.
The room: £415 pcm to include all bills (including Virgin media Internet and TV package and a fortnightly cleaner). Furniture included: bed with mattress, bedside table, wardrobe, shelves and chest of drawers.
The current tenants are all friendly and socialise together in the evenings and the weekends. We are looking for a new housemate who wants to live in a warm and friendly home. Please drop us a message if you think this could be you!
