We are a young couple on their 30s who are looking for some nice people to share our house with! We're both very relaxed and love people around.

The house has just been refurnished and it's very warm and cosy, it has an open space kitchen , dining and sofa area with smart TV with access to a well maintained beautiful garden, one separate living room, a downstairs toilet, a spacious bathroom upstairs and 3 bedrooms (2 of which are double bedrooms).

Two double bedrooms are now available for rent and the 3rd one is a small sized room which we're happy to give away as a studio, office or living space for an extra £150 per month.

All the bedrooms have desks and an office chair can be provided on demand. And of course you can count on powerful wifi!

The nearest bus stop is just 1 min away, you can get to High Street in only 5 minutes with the 24, Birmingham City Centre is only at 20-25 minutes by bus.

All the bills are included as well as the cost of a weekly cleaner for the common spaces.

We have two free spaces for parking at the front of the house otherwise you can park off road.
