The house!

Two spacious double rooms available in a 4 bedroom house near Harborne High Street.

We are Murray (30) and Joelle (31). Murray is a web designer, and Joelle works at the University of Birmingham.

We are a sociable house who will hang out together in the evenings, but we also have our own lives. We are easy going and respectful* and we're looking for a housemate who can enjoy a laugh with us.

The house is in a great location - 3 mins walk to Harborne High Street, M+S Foodhall, The Plough, lots of pubs, 15-20 min walk to the QE, uni train station and the University etc.

It has a shared open plan L shape kitchen / living room / dining room, a back garden, and off-street parking available on the drive. 3 fridges, 1 full bathroom and an additional downstairs toilet.

We are potentially open to having a pet.

The room in the photos has now been taken. The one available is a double room but it’s slightly smaller than the one pictured.
We are happy to hold viewings, but please do not visit if you have any Corona-virus symptoms!
