The house is near Bearwood Highstreet with lots of cafe's, Aldi, local shops and has excellent transport links to the city, the QE, B'ham Uni, Harbourne, Bearwood, Smethwick & West Bromwich. The rooms are furnished large double rooms. The house is a Victorian town house which has been totally refurbished & modernised with 3 new bathrooms, a large modern Breakfast Kitchen and a cosy front room. The house has one shower room and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential cookery wear and a breakfast/dining table for all housemates. 2x oven/cookers, 2x washing/tumble, 2 fridge/freezer. Fast Virgin Media Broadband is available to all housemates. There is a garden in the rear to socialise and BBQ in the summer. Gardener is included in the rent. The house is gas centrally heated with a new boiler installation. Rent is inclusive of all bills, council tax, Broadband , gardener and cleaner. The cleaner does all communal areas once a week. All bedrooms are lockable.
