Double room available to rent in a really homely three bedroom house in Harborne. The contract is rolling so it’s really flexible!

The house has a shared lounge, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and garden- and feels very homely! The girls are sociable and friendly. They are very clean and respectful and ideally looking for someone like minded. Izzy is a PhD student and Juliet is a physiotherapist.

The Area
Harborne has a great high street with a variety of pubs, bars, restaurants and shops that seem to be ever increasing!
The house is about a 5 min walk to the high street where you have got everything you need. The street is quiet and is a great neighbourhood.
Harborne has excellent connections to the city centre - there is a bus stop seconds from the house with regular services that take you into the city centre. Likewise, the house is only a 20-25 minute walk to the QE hospital and the Univerity of Birmingham.
The rent is £450 a month including all bills.
