It is super quiet on the ground floor in gated development. 1 large double bedroom, large living room with two sofas, table and two chairs, large kitchen with washer/dryer/bathroom with toilet, and a separate WC for guests. I just moved in a few months ago but I have been transferred for work so need to move out end December looking for someone who wants to move in by Jan.8 2019. The flat is near Jewellery Quarter Tram Stop as well as bus stop there is also parking available for an additional monthly fee. You will need to go through agency to rent so need to pass tenancy credit check and pay agency fees 300 pounds total. Good thing is development allows pets (I have a cat and there are people here with small dogs). .. however the pet deposit is 1.5x regular deposit so 1162.50 pounds.
