Cosy Double Bedroom in Jewellery Quarter

Hey there future roomie!

I’m renting a fully furnished double bedroom in a nice and cosy two bedroom flat, with a spacious living room, separate kitchen and shared bathroom (only with myself).

I’m looking for a female working professional, a friendly person, who’s tidy and enjoys comfort at home.

The flat is located in Jewellery Quarter, at 5 mins to the Jewellery Quarter tram stop, walking distance to Birmingham city centre - 10 mins to Colmore Row/ New Street by tram, 15 mins walk to Brindley Place. The development is very peaceful and secure. It’s close to Tesco Express and a Superstore Tesco.

Rent with bills included is between £510 and £550 (summer versus winter). The flat is through an agency, so you need a reference from a past landlord and pass a credit check (I think it costs £25). Otherwise no other agency fees!! Deposit is £600.

The flat is equipped with central heating and fast internet, but also washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, large fridge/ freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, hob/ oven. Any essentials needed, I can buy.

About myself: full time working professional at an events venue. I’m an easy going person, sociable, but respectful of the other person’s privacy. I enjoy having a fun day/night out now and again.
I regularly go to hot yoga, sometimes to Salsa classes. I also enjoy watching series or reading self- development books and I love to travel too.

I can’t deal with: mess all over, overflowing bins or sinks full of dishes, nor pets in the house.
