I'm looking to sublet my beautiful room for the next few months as I am out of the country due to COVID. There is one flatmate currently in the flat and both her and our landlord are friendly and supportive!
The room available is a large en-suite room in a lovely, fully furnished two bedroom flat with stunning views of Birmingham City.
The flat has an electric stove, oven, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, and heaters.
The flat is in a prime Jewellery Quarter location, with the train station a five minute walk away and about a 15 minute walk into Birmingham city centre.
There is a Tesco express around the corner and a Superstore 10 minute walk away. It is also close to a lot of nice cafes and restaurants that offer takeaway and delivery services.
Bills are not included in the rent. Council tax, electric, water and wifi come to approx £100-£150/month. The room is being offered at a reduced rate and is great value for money.
