We are Emilia and Sara. Emilia is originally from Birmingham and Sara has been around for five years now. We are both professionals and we get on well. We enjoy cooking, drinking wine, listening to music, reading, sports, and pretty much any outdoor activity.
We have outgoing personalities but respect our privacy and time alone as well.
We have a social circle but this is a quite home.
The house is warm, friendly and clean, and these are things that we value a lot.
We are looking for a housemate who shares these interests, a professional or mature student with an outgoing personality.
The flat is ideally placed for the city centre, the University, Solihull, the M42 motorway – everywhere really.
Our home is 2 minutes’ walk from the High Street, close to all local amenities and plenty of supermarkets and delicious coffee places and restaurants, all at a walking distance. Highbury Park is 5 m away as well, and Moseley is just round the corner.

This property is a duplex flat. The flat has been newly refurbished and it's quite spacious, with gas central heating. It has 3 double bedrooms, and a nice cozy living room with plenty of light.

Your room would be a large double with a big double-glazed window. offered with bed, bedside table, mirror, clothes rack and a chest of draws, so you can adapt it to your taste.

If you have a car there is plenty of very safe parking on the street. The house is located on a main city centre bus route (50 and 35 and also 11).
