Double room in Kings Heath

The spare room - 14ft x 7ft

Looking for someone to occupy a large double bedroom (13ft by 7ft) in my spacious house in Kings Heath - just five miles out of Birmingham city centre and close to all transport options.

Brandwood Park Road - it's a mid terraced house with loads of space and completely furnished, also completed a full refurb of the interiors last year so it's nicely decorated (i hope!)
Bus route to city centre and high street is literally across the road
Bournville train station is 1.5 miles away (also great for a 30min cycling commute along the canal!)
Off road parking and house owner (me) travels into the city Monday - Friday for work so could buddy up with a passenger to save £££ and share the commute together
Indoor cat called Luna roams about
I’m a working professional with a busy schedule but looking to build a friendship with a like-minded young professional - either gender!
Large spacious bedroom (featured in pics) has a sofa bed with a mattress on at present (but just purchased and set to assemble a new wooden double bed)
Bathroom has a bath and shower, and there's a downstairs toilet and outbuilding with a tumble dryer
Big back garden with a BBQ and plenty of room for activities - also outdoor storage for bikes/anything you need to store
Snug room for reading

I'm a sociable, independent, active and friendly person looking to share with likeminded housemates that will respect the property and become a great friend! Also completely open to them making the room their own with decor / paint etc so they feel the room is theirs!
