The rooms are furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and full length mirror. Each room has it's own en suite shower room, food storage cupboard and fridge with work surface over.

There are 6 bedrooms in total, 2 on the ground floor, 3 on the first floor and 1 on the second floor All bedrooms have USB ports by the beds. There is also a brand new, top of the range, communal kitchen on the ground floor and a large communal living room with a 6 seater dining table, sofa and wall mounted 50 inch tv.

Kings Heath is a very happening place to live with loads of trendy cafes, restaurants and bars. Only 5 minutes by car/bus into Moseley and 15 minutes into Birmingham City Centre. Kings Heath is also only 15/20 minutes from both Birmingham University and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

All BILLS are INCLUDED and high speed VIRGIN BROADBAND is provided.

There will also be a cleaner provided once every 2 weeks.
