i am a reasonably tidy guy, with a spare room for a bit.. i am easy going, bit of a homebody and a loner, I keep myself to myself largely You will have access to ps3, 4, 5, xbox series s, meta quest. while lovely, the spare room tv is not smart. if you need to buy roku, fire tv etc, please take that off your first month rent or i can shove the xbox in there. netflix, disney, prime, tubi, mubi, u, lg channels, pluto tv, plex, spotify, wiindscribe. plenty of blu rays and dvds if you are bored shitless. plus, urm lots of new movies. 😂there is an american style fridge freezer, another chest freezer, dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, pantry. (with more herbs and spices you can imagine, which you are welcome to) more cookbooks than is sensible (mostly middle eastern) attic should you need to store stuff, garden shed (soon to be changed into a games room), bbq, outdoor fire, gas heater. garden needs a spruce up, not going to lie, will do when it is warmer. it it is a quiet friendly road, and parking is not an issue thankfully. nice park nearby and about five mins walk from the canal which leads to spoons, chaz mann (if you like motorbikes and decent food, you will be spoiled) the 35 bus goes from down the road though its probably every 20 mins, but 10 minute to the 50 on the other side. while i would prefer a reasonably short let, i am not willing to turf anyone out!. the spare room as in the one available has a decent folding desk, chair, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside table, lamps
