This is a very relaxed household fully equipped with all the essentials, wifi, washer, dryer, dishwasher, cable etc. With off road parking this area is convenient for local shops, parks bus routes etc. Kings Heath is a short walk away. Definitely not a party house we aim for a friendly easygoing atmosphere. People who stay for a year or longer have tended to be school teachers or professionals. House owner tends to be away most of the time so you run the place as if it were your own. There is a nice garden, lounge and conservatory.
