A large double bedroom with en-suite

Hi,

I'm Ali, I'm 25, from Birmingham and I'm a shift worker so the time I spend in the apartment varies. I have rented for many years before buying this apartment and so I am used to living with others, being sociable but also respecting each other's privacy.

The apartment is a 2 bedroom purpose built building which is only 2 years old so everything is relatively new. There is an open plan kitchen/living room which has a smart TV with broadband and Netflix facility. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, fridge, washing machine and is fully kitted with everything you would need to use in the kitchen!

The large bedroom is equipped with a new double bed, a triple wardrobe, chest of drawers and two end tables. (Although, some of this could be moved if you wish). This is a large bedroom with enough space for a desk or dressing table, lots of storage and has an en-suite. The en-suite has a shower cubicle.
I will be downsizing to the smaller bedroom, although, this is available if you would prefer.

There is an outdoor space on the balcony which has a bistro table and chairs.

The apartment is situated in a quiet street which has a bus stop 30 seconds walking distance with bus routes in to the city and other surrounding suburbs. Kings Norton train station is a mile and a half from the apartment which is walking distance or reached by the bus from this street.
Birmingham city centre is a 22 minute drive and the QE hospital is a 15 minute drive.

There is a gym across the street. Also, there is a local convenience store across the street and a chip shop.

All bills would be included and the monthly rent is a flat rate.

I'm looking for someone who is clean and tidy, male or female professional. I take a lot of pride in the apartment and would like it to be respected by the other person that lives here.
