I am looking for a house mate to share my 2 bedroom flat in South Birmingham. Located in a super quiet Grove tucked away from all the main roads.
Massive double bedroom decorated nicely with a super comfy bed. Lots of storage but but no wardrobe.
Garden and driveway and everything you could need in the flat such a washing machine, expresso machine and actifryer etc.
I do have a pet dog called Alan who lives with me but when I am at work he does go and stay with my mom.
I am looking for someone to move in ASAP.
No deposit required.
Would consider students but rent will need to be paid 6 months in advance.
