A good sized double bedroom ( fits double bed, wardrobe, 2 seater sofa and drawers, in single females home. Facilities are shared and all bills included in the rent.
I'm a friendly professional, laid back, fun, single girl working in the NHS full time. I like my own space sometimes but I'm also sociable so if you wanted to share meals out/ takeaways I'd be happy to do that. Would like to share home with a quiet, clean and tidy professional. Preferably single.
The house is 1 minute from number 45 bus to city centre and 49 bus to Solihull. Nearby train stations are Northfield, kingsnorton and Longbridge. 5 minute drive to m42 junction 2. 5 minute walk to takeaways, shops, chemist, garage, post office.
Quiet area with back garden. Parking at back of property. Spacious house.
Property is furnished. Free view digital aeriel in bedroom and wifi available.
Room initially for rent for 1 month, if works out would extend on a monthly contract. Or longer for the right person. Im pretty flexible!
All bills included.
I have 2 indoor kittens, so must be vigilant in shutting doors and windows.
I'm a pescatarian so prefer folk that eat plant or fish diets but as long as you clear away meat remains I'm ok with that!
