I have a furnished, small double room with lots of wardrobe space available. It is a quiet house in a country lane. There are lovely views over the fields and it is 5 mins walk to the canal. Great for walking/jogging.
It is a calm, peaceful house. There is one lodger who has a room and ensuite. I am the other occupant, but often work away. There is a shared bath/shower room which is shared with myself.
The kitchen is well equipped. There is a washing machine and dryer. There is also a small snug sitting room downstairs which is available for watching TV and relaxing.
I have a very friendly cat.
In school holidays, my son (aged 9) will be in the house.
The house is walking distance to Knowle village and Dorridge where there is a train service to Birmingham, Leamington and London.
It is 5 mins drive to the NEC and Birmingham airport.
I am looking for someone who will enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, is happy with cats and small children and is tidy in the shared areas.
