Short Term Let – Three Months

We’re offering a bright and spacious double bedroom in a quiet residential area, just a 5-minute walk from the train station. The room features a comfortable bed with a stylish headboard and a large bay window that fills the space with natural light. It’s fully furnished with a bedside table, lamp, generous wardrobe, and chest of drawers, ideal for a professional or student seeking a peaceful and well-connected place to stay.

The home includes: a large, open-plan kitchen and dining area that serves as a welcoming communal space. It’s equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher for convenience. Outside, the garden is perfect for relaxing, with outdoor loungers and a table. The bathroom is shared among housemates, with an additional WC located downstairs.

The neighbourhood: is quiet and well-served, with a shopping area just 10 minutes away. You’ll find Sainsbury’s, M&S, a couple of nice restaurants, a gym, and a weekend food court all within easy reach.

A little about us: you’d be sharing with two friendly professionals who mostly work from the office, so we’d prefer someone with a similar routine. My son stays over only on weekends. We’re looking for someone who’s a good fit, ideally someone who doesn’t host parties at home and shares our values of being tidy, respectful, honest, considerate, and positive. We also appreciate thoughtful care when using shared appliances and communal spaces.
