A 10 min walk to Train Stn giving direct access to Bham University & City Ctr (approx 16-18 mins to city) & to Redditch, Bromsgrove & Worc's.
Only a 5 min walk for main Bus routes to City ctr, Northfield, Rubery, Solihull etc.
House is near to Cofton Park & Lickey Hills for those who like the fresh air & nature aspect. Home also belongs to a friendly cat & dog so only pet friendly tenants please.
I don't mind if you smoke outside in my garden away from house.. but will not accept anyone smoking in the house incl the bedroom you rent.
Bedroom is fully furnished with TV. Bedding available if needed but you will be responsible for washing it yourself. Access available to kitchen, dining room to make your own meals etc. All kitchen amenities incl oven, microwave, slow cooker, if you would like to use them. Washing machine also available.
Use of lounge & dining room by negotiation. WiFi access is available with our protected password.
Large long garden available to use on the more sunnier days & eve's
