The current flatmate living in the house with me plans on moving so I have one double bedroom available from end of July.
Room is spacious and comes unfurnished so it would suit someone who’s got his own things or willing to buy stuff for his room.
The house looks good as the walls have recently been painted.
The area is quiet and close to Asda and bus stations only 5 minutes walk, easy to go to city centre from the bus station.
The Marston green train station is 15 minutes walking.
I am a quiet guy and spend most of the time away working or going to the gym, or just busy in my room.
I enjoy talking, but have nothing agains someone who doesn’t want to talk much.
I’m not the guy to party or make noise so I hope it’s mutual.
I like to keep the house clean as much as I can and I expect the same from my future flatmate.
