Hi,
Hayley & Khush here. We are looking for a new housemate. The houseshare is cosy and bright, close to Moseley Village (10 mins walk) with plenty of pubs, restaurants, cafès and shops and there is direct access to Birmingham City & the universities. The rent DOESN'T include the bills per month. Usually, they are around £80 during the summer and £100 in winter. There is plenty of space for parking outside on the road and we can lock bicycles in the garden. There are only three rooms on the first and second floor of the house. The landlord lives downstairs with his wife however our house is completely independent (one toilet and one bathroom with shower, kitchen and lounge) - we only share the entrance with them. We are looking for a friendly flatmate that is clean and tidy (yes, we have cleaning shifts for house chores!). We are easy going and enjoy a nice chat now and then and yes we do enjoy meals together sometimes.
Nevertheless, we respect each other's space and the room and lounge are big enough to enjoy your own privacy. Drop us a message to come for viewings.
