I have a double bedroom available for rent. The bedroom is on the top floor and is furnished with a double bed with 3 drawers, bedside, chest of drawers and fitted cupboard with hanging space.
The rent is £550 bills included (council tax, gas/elec, water, virgin wifi, TV license) deposit £450 and references required.

The house is a typical terraced which comprises of a dining room, living room, kitchen followed by utility room with washer & dryer. Upstairs bathroom, 2 double bedrooms and a storage room. There is also a small back yard which catch well the sun during the day!

The house is brilliantly located, in the heart of Moseley Village within a 2 minutes walk to bus stops (50 & 35) shops, pubs and restaurants

You will be sharing the house with myself, I am an interior designer working in the city center. I am looking for a professional who will be sociable without being in each other pocket and treat the house like a home.
I also share the house with my super friendly Frenchie. She is clean, quiet and will be there only part of the week.
