I have a double room available to rent sharing with 2 professionals (male & female) and the property is within walking distance of the highly acclaimed Moseley Village and Kings Heath High St.

Please note that I’m preferably seeking a professional in full-time employment.

The room is available from 8th January (possibly earlier) and the rent is £600pcm. The room is double in size, decorated to an extremely high standard and includes fitted wardrobes. The property is decorated throughout with all mod cons. Located in a quiet residential suburb, parking is available on the drive.

All amenities are on your door step, with M&S food and other major supermarkets just a short walk from the property. Great restaurants (including a Michelin Star), pubs and cafes in Moseley Village which is very vibrant and popular with young professionals. If you like to keep fit then you have The Gym which is a 5 min walk and 4 great parks all within walking distance. Moseley Park (private park) holds a couple of very popular concerts each year (jazz and folk festival) which are always sold out. Edgbaston Cricket ground is a 10 min walk if you like your cricket.

For those of you that don't know the area its a very cosmopolitan area that is highly sought after and been voted as one of the best areas to live in by the Guardian newspaper. Access to the city centre is easily accessible by car (10 mins) or jump on the No 50 bus (20 mins) which runs 24hrs a day and during peak times there's a bus every few minutes.

Ideally located on the south side of Birmingham giving easy and quick access to all motorways (M6/M5/M42/M60), Solihull and Birmingham city either by car or public transport (No 50 bus service to the City Centre is rated as best in Europe.

Rent inclusive of all bills (Gas/Electric/Water/TV/Council Tax) but excludes broadband. Existing tenants already have broadband connected and split the cost amongst themselves. Viewing of the properties is highly recommended.
