Hi everyone!

I'm looking for a new flatmate as my current flatmate is looking to move away

The flat is located between Canon Hill and Highbury Park in a beautiful old-style deco building so perfect to walk from here to the parks. The flat is on the top floor of the building. You will also benefit from free parking on the premises. Bathroom is shared

I'm a 35-year-old guy who works in government tech and will work from home 99% of the time. I like to keep myself quite active so I usually like to be out of the house after work either doing a bit of gymming, running or climbing.

Weekends I also like to spend them away often. Having said that I'm not that fit just trying to build it up :). I'm always happy to find somebody that I could do some of these things with. I also enjoy board games and socialising.

Currently in a long(-ish) distance relationship so often I might spend a few days during the week in Derby or my girlfriend might spend time at the flat so hopefully you'd be okay with that.

I'm really looking for somebody kind and tidy. Regarding tidiness, I really like keeping the place clean so hopefully, you'll share that with me.

Most likely looking to move out in July so looking for somebody who would be okay renting together until then, potentially could stay in the flat afterwards but would need to speak to the landlord about that
