**I am fairly flexible on moving in date in order to get the right person for a happy household!**
The house is in a great location, in a quiet cul-de-sac only a 5 minute walk to Moseley Village centre and only a 2 minute walk to Alcester road where buses run regularly into town, 24 hours a day.
The house has a large driveway, garden, shared living room, dining room (used as a shared office space/ clothes drying/ extra storage!) and modern kitchen.
Amenities include dishwasher, washing machine, TV, along with all the usual household appliances and kitchen equipment.
The rent includes all bills (council tax, water, gas, electricity, fast fibre-optic unlimited broadband, sky tv (with skygo each)
The house is currently occupied by two males: Taran and Rory. They are both very sociable and friendly.
We would welcome any friendly new addition to the house, male or female. lgbtq friendly.
