I have available a very large attic bedroom with built in wardrobe there is a double bed plus a sofa rent includes all bills including wifi you just have to buy your own food. Nice quiet area large garden and road side parking shops within walking distance. I do have pet rats and a pet dog I know this isn't everyone's cup of tea so must be animal lover as this is there home to You would be sharing with just me I'm laid back and get on with everyone I work nights so not around to much. I am happy for couples but rent would be more to cover the extra person I am open to short term let's Monday to Friday and weekly rent just have a chat with me. Must be working professionals and proof of income required.
