The house is a 3 bedroom Semi detached fully furnished house over looking a park with walks close by. The communal area downstairs has a toilet, kitchen and lounge/dining room.
There is a bus stop at the end of the road, the Northfield train station is a 5-10min drive away. Queen Elizabeth Hospital and the Birmingham University are a 10min drive away.
The bills are all included aswell as WiFi and Sky.
I have 2 very friendly cats so someone who is happy with animals is essential.
