Beautiful ground floor room to rent in family home

Room to rent in friendly family home. Close to good public transport and roads, local shops, parks etc.

Our home is a 3 bedroom semi in Northfield. You will be sharing with friendly mum and grown up daughter, (plus 4 cats!).

The room is a double room on the ground floor, with easy access to a downstairs wc. Please note there is currently a single bed provided but there is room for a double if you prefer to bring your own. Also provided are a wardrobe, bookcase, 2 chest of drawers, chair, good broadband. We will be sharing the bathroom (bath with shower over), large dining/kitchen area and garden.

We do have a garage/workshop and shed in which there may potentially be some storage space. There is plenty of parking on the street immediately outside the house.

We are both vegans so a vegan or veggie is preferred but not a deal breaker for the right person. Professional or student are both OK - currently one of us is working from home sometimes.
